Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using wbps (the "Service") at https://page.fvz.ai, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
wbps is an independent, third-party web tool that lets TikTok creators upload and publish videos to their own TikTok account by calling TikTok's official Content Posting API. wbps is not owned by, operated by, sponsored by or affiliated with TikTok Inc. or ByteDance Ltd.
3. TikTok Account & OAuth Authorization
To use the publishing functionality, you must sign in with your TikTok account. wbps uses the official TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0) and requests the following scopes:
user.info.basic— to display your TikTok display name and avatar in the wbps interface.video.upload— required by TikTok's Content Posting API to upload video bytes.video.publish— required to publish the uploaded video to your TikTok account.
You may revoke wbps's access at any time from the wbps dashboard ("Sign out") or from your TikTok account at https://www.tiktok.com/setting/manage-app-permissions.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the videos, captions and metadata you submit through the Service. wbps acts solely as a transmitter, forwarding your content to TikTok via the Content Posting API. wbps does not claim any ownership of, or license to, your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. By submitting content through wbps you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so and that the content does not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use wbps to:
- publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent or otherwise harmful;
- violate the TikTok Community Guidelines or TikTok's Terms of Service;
- circumvent rate limits, attempt to access another user's account, or reverse-engineer the Service;
- publish on behalf of another person without their explicit authorization.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on TikTok's API. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service available at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service and TikTok's Privacy Policy at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using wbps at any time by signing out and revoking the OAuth grant.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, wbps AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
